The landscape design of Tingyun Hidden Place hotel uses the modern naturalistic design language, including the application of local materials and rural vegetation. The simple lines flow freely and outline the clean geometry. When the basic demands for movement and function are met, what we concern is to leave enough blank space. Through the hotel’s transparent floor-to-ceiling windows, the indoor and outdoor landscapes blend together. The lines in the courtyard are a continuation of the building facade. Through the layout of the geometric block, the contrast of color and texture, the simple and layered vegetation forms a sense of the scene of the “frame view”, waiting for you to enter the painting.
